The narrative introduces a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with venturing into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her companion from a secret cult.
The mission centers on "peculiar tests and a monstrous adversary" and is available to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The teaser highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This important location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The teaser ends with a powerful sequence showing a character, likely the captive, transforming into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
